Hello My Name Is...

Lloyd Wheeler

Hello! My name is Mr. Wheeler.  I am in my 5th year of teaching 8th grade ELA at OGMS.  Before my time here, I was a high school teacher at Smith-Cotton High School for 4 years. Then, I spent 1 year teaching at Warsaw High School.  Currently I am the head softball coach, head middle school basketball coach and the assistant varsity baseball coach.  My teaching degree is from Missouri State University where I graduated with a Mass Media Film Study degree in 2000.  Eventually I went back to get my MAT certification to teach ELA in 2012.  I have a dog and 3 cats with my beautiful wife Kali of 5 years.
