I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in the Spring of 2007 and have been happily teaching at OGHS since. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Education in Family and Consumer Sciences, a degree in Child and Family Studies, and a minor in Health Education.

I've continued my education with a Masters in Teaching through Park University.

My Specialist Degree to be a Superintendent was earned through Northwest Missouri State University in 2021.
